We work either as a design and build contractor, taking a project from concept through to completion under a single point of responsibility, or as the builder alongside a design team appointed by the client. Both routes work well. Which one suits depends on how far your scheme has already progressed and how much of the coordination you would like us to carry.

Bespoke joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and second-fix carpentry, coordinated closely with interior designers and architects and finished to a furniture standard.
Where the design team is appointed by you, we build to their drawings and act as principal contractor under the CDM Regulations, managing programme, trades, procurement and site safety through to handover.
